Axtria is hiring a Commercial Solutions Global CoE Leader to build and lead a lean team of pharma commercial domain experts, create reusable AI and agentic solutions, convert innovations into funded client engagements, co-sell with account teams, and transfer knowledge to enable repeatable commercial solutions. The role requires extensive life sciences experience, deep expertise in pharma commercial operations and data ecosystems, strong GTM and co-selling capability, and fluency in AI, GenAI, and agentic AI concepts. The position is based primarily in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, with a salary range of $204,250 to $312,000 annually.
