Description
Rally Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects, including interior build-outs, tenant improvements, and ground-up work. The role oversees metal stud framing, drywall, and related interior scopes from layout through final finish; manages subcontractor crews, schedules, inspections, quality, safety, productivity, and the general contractor relationship; and trains foremen and field supervisors. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction experience, hands-on metal framing and drywall experience, commercial construction management experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple active jobsites.
