Description
Skillforce is hiring a full-time Commercial Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish from its Chantilly, Virginia office. The role manages field crews, coordinates contractors and internal departments, monitors schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and project progress, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Candidates need at least 10 years of commercial construction experience, experience managing large projects and field personnel, construction-document interpretation skills, and proficiency with scheduling and project coordination. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour, with a company vehicle, gas, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k).
