Description
The Cook prepares and cooks food according to recipes and quality standards, including portioning, chopping, washing, measuring, mixing, cooking, testing, and serving food. The role also involves operating kitchen equipment, maintaining food and appliance temperatures, cleaning and disinfecting kitchen areas, and following safety, security, and company policies. Applicants must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience; the position is open to Fiji citizens only.
