Description
The Breakfast Chef will prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items for the hotel buffet, manage a cooked-to-order egg station, restock the buffet during service, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborate with the hotel team to deliver an excellent guest experience. The role requires prior chef or cook experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, along with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, presentation, customer service, teamwork, and food safety.
