Hilton Garden Inn Albany is hiring a part-time Breakfast Chef to prepare and present breakfast buffet and à la carte items, maintain food safety and HACCP standards, replenish buffet items, keep the kitchen clean and organised, assist with stock rotation and ordering, and support the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams. The role requires early-morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and seeks candidates with prior chef, cook, or breakfast chef experience, strong food-preparation knowledge, flexible availability, and full Australian working rights.
