Description
The Commis Chef supports kitchen operations at Radisson Blu Resort in Fiji by preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to menu specifications, assisting with mise en place and service set-up, maintaining food safety and hygiene, controlling stock and waste, and supporting other kitchen sections. Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential, while a culinary qualification is advantageous; the role requires reliability, teamwork, flexibility for rotating shifts, and the legal right to work in Fiji.
