Description
The Commis de rang supports the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang, prepares mise en place, provides high-level guest care, serves food and beverages, and clears tables and cleans workstations. The role requires completed apprenticeship training or relevant professional experience, a friendly demeanor, communication skills, and reliability. It is a 40-hour-per-week, five-day-week position with part-time availability by arrangement, and may be seasonal or year-round.
