The role involves coordinating mise-en-place and service with the Chef de Partie, following recipes and portion specifications, maintaining food storage and section cleanliness, completing requisitions and checklists, reporting equipment issues, assisting with recipes and menu ideas, and supporting kitchen safety and hygiene. Candidates need average English proficiency, communication and customer-contact skills, teamwork, and at least one year of food and beverage serving experience.
