Description
The role prepares mise en place, handles food preparation, assists with food presentation, and supports the kitchen brigade. Responsibilities include preparing equipment and ingredients, making simple and service-ready food, receiving and storing goods, maintaining storage areas, cleaning, handling waste and linen, maintaining hygiene, attending briefings, and participating in training. The position requires 1–2 years of similar experience, preferably in an international luxury five-star hotel, and good English communication skills.
