The Kitchen Support Expert supports hotel kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining room functions by preparing clean linen and dining ware, operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, transporting dishware, and following safety, security, quality, and company policies. The role requires physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and may involve working across departments. No high school diploma, G.E.D., related work experience, supervisory experience, or license or certification is required.
