HiBob is hiring a Commission Analyst to own end-to-end commission operations for 400+ Sales and Customer Service employees. The role covers commission calculations, plan implementation, quota assignments, source-data reconciliation, reporting, adjustments, system testing, and dispute resolution. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of experience in commissions, revenue operations, FP&A, accounting, payroll, or a related function, strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, and experience with large-scale commission programs. The position is permanent and hybrid, with a temporary remote option available after six months of tenure.
