Spectrum is hiring a Commission Analyst to calculate and administer monthly commissions and incentive payments, validate commission systems and payments, resolve employee inquiries, investigate variances, and analyze operations data to provide actionable insights. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, at least three years of data analysis experience, and one year of expense or financial analysis experience. The position is based in an office environment with occasional travel and requires U.S. lawful work authorization without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
