HiBob is hiring a Commission Analyst to own end-to-end commission operations for a global population of 400+ Sales and Customer Success employees. The role focuses on calculating and validating commissions, managing quota assignments, reconciling source data across systems, implementing compensation rules, maintaining reporting, resolving disputes, and supporting system changes and testing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and preferred experience with NetSuite, CIQ, and Salesforce.
