West Shore Home is hiring a full-time, onsite Commission Review Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The role processes commission payments for more than 600 In-Home Sales representatives, reviews sales transactions and supporting documentation, validates commission calculations, resolves discrepancies and disputes, and conducts compliance audits. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while Salesforce and/or HRIS experience is preferred.
