ISG is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative for an inbound telecommunications sales role in Boca Raton, Florida. The position handles inbound and transferred customer calls, identifies customer needs, recommends internet, wireless, TV, and related services, upsells and cross-sells, processes orders, and meets sales and quality goals. Candidates should have customer-facing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and a high school diploma or higher; prior telecommunications experience is preferred but not required. The role offers $17 per hour during the first eight weeks of paid training, then $15 per hour base or uncapped commission, with weekly pay, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities.
