Description
The Commissioning Construction Manager leads onsite commissioning quality control for a fully onsite commercial construction project in Boise, Idaho. The role coordinates subcontractor startup schedules, QA/QC programs, inspections, MEP system commissioning, safety readiness, technical documentation, meetings, training, punch lists, and construction records. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, construction management, or architecture field or equivalent field experience, and at least five years of commercial construction experience. Experience with industrial or high-tech semiconductor projects is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, construction/project management software, design software, construction documents, and strong communication and organizational skills.
