The Commissioning Construction Manager leads onsite commissioning quality control and startup coordination for a construction project in Childress, Texas. The role manages QA/QC programs, inspections, commissioning documentation, subcontractor and trade coordination, startup meetings, safety readiness, scheduling, punch lists, owner training, submittals, and record documents. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, construction management, or architecture field or equivalent field experience, at least five years of commercial construction experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, construction project-management and design software, and strong communication, organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills. The position is fully onsite and offers $98,000–$160,000 annually, plus a 12% geographic uplift, per diem, and incentives.
