Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning and start-up of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems on mission-critical data center construction projects in Querétaro, Mexico. The role oversees commissioning plans, testing, documentation, system integration, defect resolution, budgets, schedules, regulatory compliance, contractor and field-team support, operations training, and client collaboration. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least five years of MEP commissioning or system start-up experience, data center commissioning experience, strong technical and project-management skills, and preferably commissioning software, bilingual English-Spanish proficiency, and AABC, NEBB, or equivalent certification.
