The role involves commissioning plans, test scripts, design and construction reviews, field witnessing, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, utility, and process-control testing, documentation, punch-list tracking, and operational handoff. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or seven years of hands-on experience, along with knowledge of construction documentation, regulatory environments, and safety practices. The base salary is $85,000–$110,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefits.
