Description
AWS is hiring a Commissioning Engineer to oversee and coordinate multi-discipline design review and commissioning of critical infrastructure for new construction and special projects. The role supports vendors, contractors, and teams working on power, generators, UPS, HVAC, chilled water, BMS, and EPMS systems; develops test scripts and commissioning documentation; audits safety, environmental, quality, and compliance requirements; and reports on project status and improvements. The position requires physical site work, travel of up to 80%, and is primarily based in the South Bend, Indiana area, with relocation to the Chicago or South Bend area required. The base salary is $96,600 to $160,000 annually, with additional sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
