ASMPT AMICRA is hiring a Commissioning Engineer in Regensburg to independently manage customer projects from hardware planning and software preparation through system commissioning, camera-system setup, industrial image processing, die-bond process implementation, and interface coordination. The role also supports customer-specific hardware, electronics, and software development, product and module development, and error analysis and troubleshooting. Candidates need a completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, several years of automation technology experience, control engineering knowledge, C programming knowledge, and good English skills.
