Drees & Sommer is hiring a Commissioning Engineer to act as an owner’s representative on large-scale projects and drive the commissioning process from planning through handover and subsequent support. The role develops commissioning concepts, supports planning and construction, ensures the quality and functionality of building technical systems, manages cross-trade coordination, and organizes instructions, acceptance tests, and handovers. Candidates need a relevant degree or technician/master training, three to five years of building-technology experience, knowledge of building law and technology rules, and strong analytical and interdisciplinary skills. The position is based in Nuremberg, Middle Franconia, or Bavaria, with mobile working available.
