Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED combined with industry experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Commissioning background in the field of installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment with custom electro-mechanical solutions.
Prior experience in power distribution, switchgear manufacturing, or similar roles (3+ years preferred).
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with DC power systems (Low Voltage and Medium Voltage up to 3kV).
Safety training and certification including OSHA card, current basic first aid and CPR certification.
Systematic way of working, hand-on approach.
Strong customer orientation, good communication skills and the ability to move within the customer organization.
Excel and MS Office Suite (Office 365) user level knowledge.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable in complex technical environments.
Ability to analyze technical requirements and create clear, accurate solutions.
Domestic travel: up to 80%, occasional international travel.
Availability to go for a 4-6 week onboarding at the company’s European production plant.
Commissioning experience on DC traction substations.
