Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Commissioning Engineer / Commissioning Agent to implement commissioning tasks for client-facing building projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and similar MEP systems. The role reviews design documents and construction submittals, plans and documents commissioning meetings, conducts site inspections, directs system testing and monitoring, resolves contractor and owner issues, and prepares project deliverables. The position serves regional midwest areas with approximately 75% travel, is primarily work-from-home when not testing in the field, and may be based in a nearby office. A bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant building science plus two years of relevant experience, or five years of equivalent MEP work, is required; FE and commissioning certification credentials are preferred.
