HDR is building a talent network for experienced Commissioning Engineers and Commissioning Managers, including permanent hires and contractors, to support a major hyperscale data center project near Lisbon. The roles involve leading the full commissioning lifecycle, developing commissioning plans and test procedures, coordinating stakeholders, conducting inspections and testing, supporting design and construction-phase activities, overseeing factory testing and validations, and managing technical risks and system performance. Candidates should have at least five years of commissioning experience, strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge, and preferably commissioning certifications, an engineering degree or Professional Engineer status, LEED accreditation, and experience with HVAC load calculation tools such as Trace or IES.
