Bala Consulting Engineers is hiring a Commissioning Project Manager (CxPM) based in its Boston office to manage client-facing commissioning projects for mechanical, controls, and distribution systems. The role covers project planning, staffing, scheduling, financials, proposals, test scripts, reports, troubleshooting, and support for data centers, new construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. Candidates need at least 5–7 years of commissioning or adjacent experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field, and strong project-management and technical-writing skills; data center experience and relevant professional credentials are preferred. The position is full-time and in-office, with one day of remote work allowed.
