Mortenson is hiring a Commissioning Executive II to provide advanced project leadership across the commissioning scope for complex projects. The role manages customer relationships, proposals, budgets, quality, risk, safety, technical accuracy, compliance, subcontractor oversight, and transitions from design through operations, while coaching and developing team members. Candidates need extensive construction management or commissioning experience, knowledge of the commissioning process and construction law, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits, with a base pay range of $194,500 to $291,800 and no visa sponsorship.
