Description
Downer is hiring an experienced Commissioning Lead to deliver electrical pre-commissioning and hydrocarbon commissioning across APLNG upstream wellsites and field packages in the Surat Basin. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role coordinates technicians and trades, allocates work, monitors field execution, completes commissioning records, and supports safe system handover to Origin Energy operations. The position is field-based, involves travel and rostered work, and requires electrical trade qualifications, a Queensland electrical work licence, CPR and low-voltage rescue training, a driver licence, relevant hazardous-area and instrumentation qualifications, and experience with electrical, instrumentation, control systems, plant start-up, and operational handover.
