Description
OpenAI is hiring a Commissioning Program Manager to build and scale operating systems for infrastructure commissioning programs. The role owns standards, playbooks, workflows, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and tooling across commissioning and construction teams, translating field execution needs into repeatable processes and improving adoption and data quality. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong systems thinking, and familiarity with commissioning, QA/QC, testing, and construction platforms. The position is based in the San Francisco office or at an OpenAI self-build data center campus, is not remote, and expects less than 20% travel to project sites.
