Description
The Commissioning Team Lead will oversee and lead a commissioning team, directing commissioning activities, reviewing submittals, managing workload and project performance, mentoring staff, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring safety, quality, risk, financial, and customer-service standards are met. The role requires considerable engineering and construction knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, strong leadership and communication skills, and at least seven years of industry experience. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred, and relevant certifications such as NEBB, ASHRAE, BCxP, or BCxA may be required. The position involves travel to construction sites and other work-related duties.
