The client is hiring an experienced commissioning technician in electrical engineering for rail vehicle manufacturing in Kassel. The role involves commissioning and optimizing rail vehicles, conducting type tests, supporting engineering and homologation, providing on-site operating and warranty support, preparing inspection documents, creating test specifications, performing functional tests, supporting customer-site inspections, managing error messages and incident reports, and ensuring compliance with standard processes. The position requires electrical engineering training, rail transport and locomotive experience, a Class B driver’s license, willingness to travel, strong German and English, MS Office proficiency, teamwork, safety awareness, and G25/G37/G41 fitness.
