Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a Commissioning Technologist to commission, test, install, and maintain medium- to high-voltage substation and power delivery equipment in the field across North America. The role involves acceptance and maintenance testing, protection and control work, blueprint interpretation, analysis of test reports, use of specialized test equipment, and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices. The position requires an electrical technology or electrical engineering background, 1–3 years of field testing and commissioning experience, comfort with safety-sensitive and rotational out-of-town work, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
