Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a Senior Commissioning Technologist to perform field commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, and diagnostic testing of primary and secondary medium- to high-voltage substation equipment across Alberta. The role includes testing protection and control relays, SCADA and control circuits, interpreting electrical prints and test reports, recommending corrective actions, operating specialized manufacturer test equipment, and mentoring junior technologists. It is a full-time, permanent, safety-sensitive position with local work near Calgary or Edmonton, rotational schedules, and occasional travel or out-of-town assignments.
