Description
ForgeOS is hiring a full-time, fully-remote Commissions Analyst to own end-to-end commissions service delivery for assigned telecom partner portfolios. The role analyzes carrier commission reports, processes commission statements, performs reconciliations and audits, tests commissions software, and serves as the primary operational contact for partners. Candidates need at least two years of telecom-channel and direct commissions experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. The position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and offers a starting annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000, along with health, vision, dental, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
