Wasabi is hiring a Commissions Analyst to develop and implement commission plans, calculate monthly earned commissions for employees worldwide, manage CaptivateIQ, support quota planning and rep performance reviews, and handle commission disputes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 4–7 years of experience, Salesforce and commission-software experience, and strong Excel and cross-functional communication skills. The base salary is $100,000–$115,000.
