Bridgewater Associates is seeking a Commodities Research Associate for its Asia Strategies team. This role involves investing in commodity markets, specifically agricultural commodities, by analyzing supply-demand fundamentals and Chinese market dynamics. The associate will partner with investors to research commodity markets, develop systematic trading strategies, maintain commodity balance sheets, and monitor market conditions. The position requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates can be based in New York City, Shanghai, or Singapore, with an anticipated four-day-per-week onsite requirement.
