Citi is hiring a full-time Assistant Vice President (C12) Application Support Analyst to provide L1/L2 technical support for its Commodities trading platform, with a focus on the Openlink application and risk management systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex application and system issues, monitoring performance, supporting critical front-office risk batches and end-of-day processing, managing incidents, collaborating with traders and technical teams, participating in on-call coverage, documenting support processes, and assisting with deployments and disaster recovery. Required qualifications include commodities trading experience, risk and PnL knowledge, SQL and relational database proficiency, scripting ability, enterprise monitoring familiarity, and ITIL knowledge.
