Drexel is hiring a Commodity Buyer to serve as the procurement and inventory specialist for its Wrightstown, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. The role manages daily re-orders and facility lumber sourcing, evaluates suppliers, inspects inbound product quality, monitors commodity markets, participates in bidding and contract negotiations, and maintains purchase-order and inventory records. The position reports to the General Manager and requires entry-level to 3+ years of procurement, commodity buying, inventory management, or manufacturing supply chain experience, along with analytical, spreadsheet, market-analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
