Description
The Soybean Crushing Plant Loading and Unloading Operator loads and unloads soybeans and other products at a continuous-24/7 crushing plant, including loading trucks and railcars and inspecting incoming grain for quality. The role also operates meal-loading and receiving equipment, performs minor maintenance, maintains the work area, and follows safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. It requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of industrial experience, and experience with skid loaders, front-end loaders, or forklifts; a technical degree and six months of truck and railcar loading experience are preferred.
