Big Ass Fans is hiring a Commodity Manager to lead sourcing strategy for motors, electronics, metals, plastics, and other key components. The role manages supplier relationships, negotiations, performance, delivery, quality, cost savings, risk mitigation, and cross-functional planning. Candidates need at least four years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience, strong category management experience across technical commodities, a bachelor’s degree, and proven negotiation and supplier management skills. The position includes a 90-day onboarding and performance plan and a three-stage interview process.
