Description
Emerson is hiring a Commodity Manager to establish supplier contracts and manage the efficient supply of commodities or commodity groups. The role reports to the Senior Commodity Manager, coordinates with suppliers and internal functions, monitors safety, delivery, lead time, and quality metrics, optimizes costs through strategic sourcing, and negotiates pricing, delivery, payment, stocking, and other supply terms. Candidates need a four-year technical or business degree plus two years of supply chain management experience or four years of relevant experience, United States work authorization, and strong supply chain, negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills.
