Description
Sonaca North America is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement for assigned aerospace components, products, and services. The role manages supplier selection and relationships, supply-base development, inventory strategy, cost-reduction initiatives, negotiations, supplier qualification, long-term agreements, and supplier performance readiness while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, 5–7 years in supply chain or procurement, supplier negotiation and presentation skills, and includes approximately 25% travel to suppliers and stakeholders.
