XNRGY is seeking an experienced Metals Category Manager to lead sourcing strategy for raw metals and fabricated metal components supporting its manufacturing operations. The role manages commodity risk, supplier partnerships, negotiations, capacity expansion, cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and supplier performance, while collaborating with Engineering on new product introductions and value engineering. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of strategic sourcing or category management experience in electrical or industrial electronic commodities, global manufacturer and distribution partner experience, and familiarity with industrial electrical components, controls, and automation products.
