Description
The role leads long-term, market-based sourcing strategies for facility management, real estate, and utilities, including commodity-group sourcing, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, supplier qualification and performance management, cost-reduction initiatives, RFP processes, and stakeholder reporting. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, purchasing or supply-chain experience, strong communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably SAP experience.
