INFICON is hiring a Commodity Manager — Custom Components, Fabrications & Indirect to lead sourcing strategy for precision-manufactured components and indirect procurement categories. The role develops supplier strategies, should-cost models, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier qualification and performance programs, dual-source and continuity plans, and commercial agreements, while supporting NPI, engineering changes, and ERP-based sourcing data. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 6–10 years of commodity management or strategic sourcing experience are required; the expected salary is $95,000–$140,000 per year, with profit-sharing, 401K matching, and possible relocation benefits.
