NetApp is hiring a Commodity Manager, HDD to support the sourcing and supply strategy for hard disk drives. The role manages supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, market intelligence, capacity and technology planning, cost models, supply-risk mitigation, and executive communications, while partnering with engineering, product, operations, finance, quality, and supply-chain teams. It also contributes to global procurement improvements involving process simplification, data quality, and AI-enabled analytics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of relevant commercial or technical experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment. The target on-target earnings range is 129,200–192,500 USD, with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off, and other potential equity and stock plans.
