Agtegra Cooperative is hiring a Commodity Settlement Specialist to maintain rail, truck, direct truck, and FOB truck sales records; coordinate loading and rail-car data; create and audit grain shipment records; prepare and transmit bills of lading; settle grain sales; process invoices, freight, shuttle/COTS transactions, and sales and purchase orders; and prepare financial reports and journal entries. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent education and experience, availability for early mornings, nights, and weekends, United States work eligibility without visa sponsorship, and English proficiency.
