Description
The Commodity Sourcing Lead manages strategic global sourcing across multiple commodities, including supplier relationships, qualification, contracts, pricing, supply chain security, supplier performance, quality collaboration, and cost reduction initiatives. The role interfaces with new product development teams and suppliers to support supplier selection and product development, requiring a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field plus 3–5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination. Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, Microsoft Office, and ERP skills—preferably Oracle—are required.
