Lambda is hiring a Commodity Sourcing Manager to own sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, and supply assurance for critical AI data center commodities such as custom silicon, GPUs/CPUs, network hardware, power and cooling infrastructure, and memory/storage. The role partners with engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, and operations teams to secure supply, optimize commercial terms, manage risk, and support capacity and product-introduction planning. It requires 8+ years of relevant sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to quickly develop technical fluency across hardware domains. The position requires presence in the San Jose, San Francisco, or Bellevue office four days per week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
